Crop Image
Choose your frame. Crop and download a PNG without AI processing.
Output: 960 × 640 px · PNG
Cropping happens in this browser. No image or selection is sent to an AI provider, and cropping does not use daily AI attempts. Transparency is preserved in PNG downloads. Up to 10 MiB / 24 MP.
A simpler way to reframe
Cropping removes part of a photo instead of inventing new background. This tool operates in your browser: it does not submit the file to the AI removal API and does not use your daily AI attempts.
Choose Free to set independent pixel width and height. Use Original to keep the source ratio, or select 1:1, 4:3, 16:9 or 9:16. The size slider changes how much of the frame remains; horizontal and vertical controls move that frame only where there is space.
Preview, apply, download
The outline shows the selected area on your working photo. Apply crop creates the output. Changing the controls afterwards marks that download as the previous crop until you apply again. Reset restores the initial crop settings, not a different source photo.
The output is PNG with the displayed pixel dimensions. PNG preserves transparency when the input contains it; a JPG input cannot gain missing transparent background from cropping. Preview size never determines the export dimensions. Very large images can exceed mobile browser memory even within the 10 MiB / 24 MP input limits; try a smaller file if your browser fails.
Cropping or removal?
Use cropping when unwanted detail lies near an edge and the remaining composition still works. Use person removal or object removal when the distraction sits inside a frame you want to keep, remembering that AI reconstruction is not factual recovery.
This supporting page is intentionally excluded from the sitemap and marked noindex pending keyword research. That does not limit the local cropping function. Photos are not automatically transferred between tools; choose a downloaded image explicitly when moving to another task.
